Having credibility and current agreements with all companies in the industry gives us a huge advantage.

Our main goal is to get the highest possible deals while ensuring that our athletes have the best opportunities to prosper wherever they choose.

Working alongside stakeholders: top meetings, athlete sponsors and national federations,we coordinate athlete marketing and promotion with the platforms that give them traction and inline with company and athlete social media. We recognize that competition success is the greatest medium to promote our athletes and to seize those moments of opportunity.

We pride ourselves in placing our clients in the spotlight. FSM clients have appeared in Sports Illustrated, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Glamour, Forbes, People, and Newsweek. In addition, we have organized television appearances on the Tonight Show, Discovery Channel, Good Morning America and the Today Show. We also have relationships with some of the top speakers bureaus across the country where many of our clients regularly make motivational talks to both the corporate and private world.

We work with our athletes and their coaches to coordinate all travel and accommodation in order to facilitate their participation in competitions. We seek the best options ensuring they arrive ready to compete, whilst making sure that expenses are covered. Most athlete endorsement contracts provide a travel budget which we are able to access to offset travel costs not covered by competition reimbursements.

We ensure that  our athletes have the financial information they need, and will work directly with our athlete’s accountants where necessary in their geographic region. All financial documentation is prepared and provided to our clients, and their accountant in a timely manner, including any foreign withholding tax documents. We track all athletes Travel and Physio budgets, and also make sure that we send regular statements to our athletes.
